TransactionMerge ("the Service", "we", "us") is currently offered as a free beta service, operated in England, United Kingdom. By creating an account and using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
These Terms apply to all users of transactionmerge.co.uk. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TransactionMerge connects to eBay Managed Payments and FreeAgent via their respective OAuth APIs and automatically transfers transaction data (sales, fees, refunds, postage labels, and payouts) into your nominated FreeAgent bank account as unexplained transactions.
The Service does not:
You are responsible for reviewing every transaction posted to FreeAgent, assigning the correct category, and applying the correct VAT treatment before filing any return.

As the Service is currently provided free of charge during the public beta period, our total liability to you for any claim is £0. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
The Service is currently in public beta and is provided free of charge. No payment details are required. We may end the beta period and introduce paid plans at any time. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before doing so.
You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and data, email support@transactionmerge.co.uk.
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We access eBay and FreeAgent on a read/write basis strictly limited to financial transaction data. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the Service.
We aim to run daily automated syncs reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Syncs may be delayed by eBay or FreeAgent API outages outside our control. We are not liable for any loss arising from a delayed or failed sync.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
